  • If you are a new agent and have less than 200 people in your database please follow the phone book method of getting to between 200 and 300 people on your database first.
  • If you are not a new agent scrub your database once a year – preferably at the end or beginning of every year.
  • For all agents add a custom field to identify investors (or including those you believe could be interested in investing). Call it the investor field and use a letter like “F” to identify flipper, “L” for landlords, “W” for wholesalers or “A” for all. These are just suggestions. This will enable to segment your database and will allow you to customize and target your marketing for greater effect. This is really important. If you send the same message to everyone in your database too much they will go cold on you.
